1. About Feedwise

Feedwise is operated by Lakpa LLC and provides a feed-reading and content prioritization service. By using Feedwise, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate account information and use Feedwise lawfully.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with system operations, attempt unauthorized access, or use Feedwise to violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing terms, and plan limits are shown in the app. Where applicable, subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal.

5. Refund policy

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of the original purchase date by contacting hello@lakpallc.com from your account email. Refund eligibility may be limited in cases of abuse, fraud, or repeated refund requests.

6. Intellectual property

Feedwise software, branding, and product materials are owned by Lakpa LLC and protected by applicable laws. Third-party content surfaced in feeds remains owned by its respective publishers.

7. Content aggregation and publisher rights

Feedwise aggregates content from publicly available RSS and Atom feeds — the same feeds that publishers make available for use by any feed reader. Where AI-generated summaries are provided, they are clearly labeled as such and always link back to the original article.

Publishers who wish to exclude their feeds from Feedwise can do so instantly via our self-service removal page. Simply verify ownership of your domain, and all feeds are excluded system-wide for all users and blocked from being re-added.

8. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve security, compliance, or product quality.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feedwise is provided “as is” without warranties, and Lakpa LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
